INNO3D 2GB PACKING GEFORCE GT 520

Made official just a few hours ago, the Nvidia GeForce GT 520 GPU has made its way into a wide number of graphics cards, and Inno3D also added two such solutions to its lineup, one featuring no less than 2GB of video memory.
The other model in the series has to make do with “only” 1GB of memory, but the rest of the specifications are identical since the cards have their GPU clocked at 810MHz, while the memory runs at 667MHz (1333MHz data rate).

This means that both solutions should perform slightly worse than Nvidia's reference design as the memory is 26% slower (1333MHz vs 1800MHz).

The card uses a low profile PCB, which allows users to install it inside more compact HTPC chassis, is cooled by fan plus heatsink assembly, and comes equipped with a dual-link DVI port, an HDMI output and a D-Sub connector.

“Inno3D is excited to announce the launch of the Inno3D GeForce GT 520 that brings impressive graphics processing power to your PC for everyday applications and at an affordable price.

“Graphics processing has become an essential ingredient to the modern PC. Nowadays, we simply demand more from our PCs to deliver beautiful graphics, fantastic video and crisp responsive photo editing,” reads the company's official statement.

The GeForce GT 520 is based on the same GF119 core that Nvidia used for its GeForce GT 410M and 520M mobile offerings and it should replace the current GeForce GT 220.

Its GF119 is a cut in half version of the GF108 GPU and packs 48 stream processors, 8 texturing units, 4ROP units as well as a 64-bit wide memory interface.

Inno3D hasn't released any details regarding the price of its GT 520 solutions, but similar graphics cards are usually priced around the $60 mark.
